Grievance officer
For complaints about content, privacy or platform conduct, write to onlinecscwala@gmail.com with the subject line “Grievance”. Include your name, contact details, the URL concerned and a short description of the issue. We will acknowledge the complaint and work toward a resolution.
What we cannot do
- We cannot submit a government form on your behalf or guarantee a selection/approval.
- We cannot change an official department’s dates, fees or result.
- We do not ask for passwords, OTPs or payment for basic government information.
