We aim to publish accurate information, but government notices change and mistakes can happen. A correction is not an embarrassment; it is part of keeping the desk trustworthy.
How to report an error
Email support@onlinecscwala.com with the subject line “Correction request”. Please include:
- The page URL and the exact field that is wrong.
- What it currently says and what it should say.
- The official source (notification PDF, department page or portal link) showing the correct detail.
- Your name and contact email, so we can follow up if needed.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the report, normally within two business days.
- An editor checks the official source. We may ask for a clearer link if the source is ambiguous.
- If the report is correct, we update the post and its modified date.
- For a substantive factual change, we add a short correction note where appropriate.
- If the report is not supported by the official source, we explain why and leave the article unchanged.
Urgent updates
Deadline extensions, fee changes, exam-date shifts and result announcements are prioritised. On deadline and result days, we monitor official channels and update affected posts as soon as a change is confirmed.
What we will not do
- Remove accurate information because it is inconvenient for an individual or advertiser.
- Publish an unverified “update” to win traffic.
- Change an official date or fee without a source.
Copyright and takedown requests
Rights-holder requests are handled separately. See our Copyright & Takedown page.
Send a correction
Include the URL and the official source. That is the fastest path to a fix.
