Government job information is high-stakes: a missed date or a wrong fee can cost someone an application. Our editorial process is designed around one rule — the official source wins.
1. Source hierarchy
- The official notification PDF or official department page.
- The official recruitment portal or exam authority website.
- A government press release or verified public notice.
- Reputable aggregators only for discovery — never as the final authority.
If the official source cannot be found or is ambiguous, we say so or delay publishing. We do not fill gaps with guesses.
2. What we verify
- Application start date, last date and fee-payment deadline.
- Category-wise fees and any refund or correction-window details.
- Age limits, relaxation and eligibility/qualification.
- Total and post-wise vacancies, where published.
- Exam date, admit-card date and result date when officially announced.
- Official apply and notification links, tested before publishing.
3. Human review
Every post is reviewed by a person before it goes live. The reviewer checks the facts above, confirms the official links, and looks for internal inconsistencies. A high extraction score from our scraper is not a substitute for this review.
4. AI assistance
We may use automation to extract structure, suggest a summary or draft SEO fields. We do not publish AI output without human verification. AI is a drafting aid, not a source. We do not use it to invent quotes, dates, fees, vacancy counts or official statements.
5. Updates and freshness
When a notification changes, we update the post and its modified date. Expired job posts stay accessible for reference but are clearly marked as expired and are removed from active job structured data. We prioritise updates on deadline days, result days and correction windows.
6. Corrections
Substantive errors are corrected as soon as we verify them. Where appropriate, the article carries a correction note. See our Corrections Policy for how to report an error.
7. Advertising and independence
Advertising and sponsorship are separated from editorial decisions. Sponsored placements and affiliate links are labelled. Advertisers cannot purchase a favourable fact, a fake vacancy count or removal of an accurate update. See our Disclaimer.
8. Ownership and contact
Online CSC Wala is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any government body. Questions about this policy can be sent to onlinecscwala@gmail.com.
